Tony has spent over twenty years working in the automotive aftermarket and repair business. His work experience includes 10 years with Canadian Tire Corporation where he held the position of Vice President, Automotive responsible for Canadian Tire’s parts, tires, accessories and auto service business. Tony also spent five years with Carquest Auto Parts (a division of Advance Auto Parts) where he held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the Ontario Division that included 110 stores. Tony is a Red Seal Certified H.D. Equip Mechanic and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and an MBA. Tony joined the Franchisor on June 15, 2017 and was formally appointed as President & CEO on January 3rd, 2018.
Barbra is passionate about helping people go into business for themselves, but not by themselves! Her role with Moran, and now Mister Transmission, is to look ahead toward the future, setting our vision as we move forward, remembering to pay attention to what brought us here and continue to be fiscally responsible for our future.
Brian comes to Mister Transmission with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the transmission industry. With his great passion for the sales profession and the transmission business, Brian’s training and support offers franchisees the confidence and motivation required to succeed as a Mister Transmission business owner. As a previous Mister Transmission franchisee for 30 years, and his current work with franchisees at a store level, Brian knows what it takes to be successful in the transmission business.
Joe has been with Mister Transmission for over 20 years is a licensed technician who regularly attends training to maintain his expertise, and provides our franchisees with this knowledge and support. Joe’s main priority is to provide technical support to Mister Transmission Franchisees and Corporate stores. He is the main point of contact for Mister Transmission Franchisees, Rebuilders and Corporate staff regarding back shop technical repair questions, processes, and warranty issues. Joe also provides ongoing technical training for rebuilders and supports technical staff recruitment, as well as identifying technical opportunities for Mister Transmission.
Angelina joined our team in 2019 as a recent graduate of the University of Guelph and has strong customer service skills and experience. Angelina’s role is to support our franchisees and help resolve any customer concerns.
Fasiha is a graduate of York University. As our Financial Specialist & Administrative Coordinator, Fasiha supports our Controller and manages various financial functions such franchisee fleet payments, financial reconciliations, accounts payable & general accounting support. Fasiha provides administrative support with Franchisee Agreements, Disclosure Documents and lease renewals. She is also regularly manages Mister transmission franchisee events and key projects. She is always ready to assist and facilitate customer and franchisee queries.
Muzammil has a passion for marketing. He graduated from Seneca Polytechnic with an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and he brings two years of excellent work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist. His skills include social media marketing, web design, search results analytics, and communications. Muzammil’s past work and digital marketing experience in the areas of SEO/SEM, email, Google Ads PPC (search), display/remarketing, and social media advertising campaigns are complimented by his ability to develop and execute creative strategy, promotional videos, and traditional print advertising and radio commercials. He is responsible for all aspects of Marketing at Mister Transmission including all digital marketing programs as well as traditional marketing. Muzammil manages our advertising budget and all aspects of marketing investments and has recently begun writing our monthly Shift Points Newsletter.
