Initial Onboarding

At Mister Transmission we take great pride in the fact we are the specialist when it comes to the automotive aftermarket repair industry. It doesn’t start and end with transmission repair, we are a specialist in every area of our business, which includes our training and support staff.

You will be initially trained and provided ongoing support by a support team member who is an expert and specializes in each one of our Pillars of success.

Prior to opening your center, you will be given our onboarding training which includes approximately 1 full week of in-class intensive sales and operations training, coupled with in-store training at one of our flagship corporate store locations.

Once you have opened your doors as a Mister Transmission franchisee, we can continue training for 3 days a week for the first month where you will learn and implement the Mister Transmissions success formula.

The onboarding process is a learning path that follows a strict and disciplined order. This process ensures new franchisees understand our processes and our path to success.
